How do I order in advance?
We are happy to process your order for one dozen or more cupcakes in advance. Orders made online should be received at least 4 days prior to your desired pick up or delivery date. For orders of 2 dozen or less needed within 4 days please call 949-458-1337. We are pleased to offer flavors that are made everyday and some that are available only on certain days of the week. Please choose cupcakes from the menu of your planned pick up or delivery date to make certain we can provide exactly those items you desire. How should I store my cupcakes?
No preservatives are used in our baked goods, therefore, our cupcakes are always best when served at room temperature on the same day they are purchased. If not serving on the day of purchase, it is best to wrap the cupcake box in plastic wrap or place cupcakes in an airtight container and freeze. Cupcakes can be frozen for up to a week. Please allow three hours for the cupcakes to defrost and come to room temperature before serving. We strongly discourage refrigeration of cupcakes as it will dry the cake.
Does Frostings ship cupcakes by mail?
Due to the freshness of our products, our cupcakes are currently available only to local customers by courier service delivery. We hope you will visit us in person at our retail store!
Do your cupcakes contain preservatives or trans fats?
No. All of our baked goods and candies are made from scratch everyday. We use only the highest quality ingredients and no mixes are used to shortcut our baking process. Our cupcakes are baked in small batches by experienced professionals without the use of hydrogenated oils or shortenings.
Are your products wheat/gluten and dairy free?
We use sugar, butter, eggs, cream and flour in our baked goods and currently do not offer any gluten, dairy or sugar free products.
Do your products contain nuts?
Although Frostings® does not use peanuts in any of our recipes, tree nuts and nut flavorings are used in some of our products. We adhere to the strictest of culinary practices but the same utensils and bake ware are used for all of our baked goods so we cannot guarantee a total absence of airborne nut particles. Therefore, we recommend that customers with sensitivity to nuts refrain from consuming our products. We are happy to provide a list of ingredients on request for any of our products for your use and information.
Does Frostings cater events?
We welcome the opportunity to cater your special event – from a small gathering of friends, to a large corporate event, to the wedding of your dreams. Our cupcakes are freshly baked for the day of your event and delivery and set-up services can be provided for a small additional fee. Do you offer custom made cupcakes?
We are happy to personalize your cupcake order to compliment the color scheme of your celebration. Our professional bakers can also create handmade cupcake toppers to carry out the theme of your event to dazzle your guests.
